	REGISTERED CAPITAL 60 Million Baht COMPANY HISTORY: THAI METAL FORGING CO., LTD. We was previously known as "CHAIP THONG LEE L.P." which was established in 1967 to produce the high-quality spare parts for all makes of automobile. The company then -changed the name to "THAI METAL FORGING CO., LTD." in December 24, 1982 with the registered capital of 10 million baht.

PRODUCT LINES:
The company's major products are

1. Motorcycle Part (OEM) : Kick Starter Under Bracket, Lever Brake Shaft, Handle, Boss Brake
2. Engine Part (OEM) : Cam Gear, Cam Shaft, Racket Arm.
3. Automotive Parts (AFTER MARKET, EXPORT, OEM) : Steering Linkages, Suspension Ball Joints for Car, Light Trucks and Heavy Trucks, Connecting Rod.
4. High Voltage Part : Ball Hook, Ball Y, Ball Clevis, Eye Tail, Clevis,Eye Twist.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND RESOURCES:

The company has the production capacity of 180 tons per month. This production capacity can be realized through the combination of high-technology equipment (AUTOMATIC FORGING LINE 1600, INDUCTION BILLET HEATER 4 UNITS FORGING PRESS 2500TON,1000TON, HAMMER FORGE, UPSETTING FORGE, MACHINING CENTER, CNC LATHE MACHINE, EDM CNC, WIRE CUT CNC, AUTO LINE.) and high-calibrated employees (approximately 100 workers in the factory and 15 staff in the office). The production plant consists of 3200 square meters which is set apart from the total land area of 8800 square meters.

PRODUCTION POLICY:

The company aims to produce all forged products and finished products by using the high-technology equipment and applying the strict quality control in order to attain an uncompromised quality and be in accordance with international standard.

MARKETING ASPECT:

The company sells the products to both the local, OEM and international market like INDONESIA, JAPAN, MALAYSIA, and etc. Currently, the export service is provided by THAI KAWASAKI CO., LTD. The existing customers are THAI KAWASAKI, SIAM YAMAHA, SIAM KUBOTA, UNION ELECTRIC and AFTER MARKET.
